AUTOPILOT POOL PILOT PRODUCTS

  • As per our published online catalog pages for AutoPilot Pool Pilot salt cells it is the manufacturer's policy that the cell cord must be replaced when replacing the salt cell in order for the warranty to be valid. We stock AutoPilot Pool Pilot cells cords which are sold separately from the cell. 
  • If an item is defective and deemed as approved with the manufacturer's warranty policy a warranty claim will be filed with the manufacturer on your behalf. Approved warranty claims will result in a replacement sent to the buyer from either SaltPoolCells.com or directly from the manufacturer. Technical support and troubleshooting is required before a warranty claim is approved.
